How often can contact take place here?

The centre is open between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM on alternate Saturdays throughout the year.

Where is the centre?

We are located near Trowbridge railway station and a short walk from the town centre.

Who can refer parents/carers?

With the parents/carers permission any organisation can refer, or parents/carers can self-refer.

What does it cost?

Following a small initial registration fee there are no costs involved in attending the centre. If money is an issue, please discuss it with the coordinator.

Do parents/carers have to meet each other?

If parents/carers do not wish to meet each other, we can arrange staggered arrival and departure times at contact centre sessions.

Can I use my mobile phone?

The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the building. Should you wish to take a photograph of your children, or should you need to make an urgent phone call please ask a volunteer for help.

Can you help us?

We're always looking for volunteers and for committee members.
The volunteer commitment is a maximum of one Saturday morning a month. Committee meetings are held four times a year. We provide training and supervision for all our volunteers. It might be that you are considering work in the social care sector, our training is accredited and recognised nationally and will enhance your CV.
